FAQs

Can I join remotely?

We encourage you to experience the Barcelona office environment and connect with your team. We do have offer flexible working options.

When is the recruitment starting?

Intakes occur once per year and we open applications in September.

When is the program starting?

Intakes occur once per year, and you will start on the 1 of March.

Does ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ sponsor my visa?

We are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits for this role. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain for the full duration of the program.

Not based in Barcelona?

If you make it through the process, we’ve got your back. We’ll do our best to support you during your first month to help you settle in.

How are the second and third rotations decided?

You will pitch yourself in front of a committee. Based on ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµâ€™s needs and your performance, the committee will decide your next rotation.

Is it a paid position?

Yes, you will receive a competitive monthly salary for an entry-level position in Spain.

When does the program start and how long does it last?

The program runs for 24 months, starting in March 2025 and ending in March 2027.

How many graduates are accepted?

Two graduates with a maximum of two years work experience after graduation.
