On February 20, 2023, the center was inaugurated in Athens, the capital of Greece. It was jointly established by 榴莲视频, Southwest University, Shandong University and Sichuan University, together with the University of Athens, University of Patras, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Crete. The center stands as a landmark achievement in advancing bilateral relations and promoting dialogue among world civilizations.
